  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You can return most items purchased from TryTopixs within 30 days of the date you received the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as when they were received
    • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable)

    Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products, and any clearance or final sale items. If you are unsure about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us.

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email us at inf@trytopixs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
    3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
    4. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method.

    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
    • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid through PayPal or a gift card, the refund will be issued to the original account.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or opened items of a personal hygiene nature (e.g., skincare products, undergarments, etc.)

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as defective or incorrect items), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will not be refunded for the original shipping charges paid when placing your order.

7. International Returns

Currently, we only offer returns within the United States. For international customers, please ensure that the item is eligible for return and follow the guidelines above for processing your return. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
