Shipping Policy of TryTopixs

At TryTopixs, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all of our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding shipping, including processing times, shipping rates, delivery methods, and international shipping guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number if available. -
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ship orders promptly, certain circumstances, such as high demand or shipping carrier delays, may result in longer processing times. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options depending on the destination of your order and the urgency of delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
Available for all domestic U.S. orders. -
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
Available for select U.S. addresses. Costs will be calculated at checkout. -
Overnight Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
Available for select U.S. addresses. Costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that the above delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather events, holidays, or high demand.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During the checkout process, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated based on your selected shipping method and shipping address.

Free Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. -
Shipping Fees:
For orders under $75, standard shipping fees will apply. Expedited and overnight shipping methods will have additional charges based on your delivery location and selected shipping speed.
4. Shipping to U.S. Addresses
Currently, we only offer shipping to U.S. addresses. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
- Domestic Shipping Areas:
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Some remote or rural areas may experience longer shipping times.
5. International Shipping
At this time, TryTopixs does not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to be updated.
7. Order Modifications and Address Changes
If you need to modify or correct your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, and you will need to follow our return process if the package is returned to us.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, TryTopixs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any damaged items. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will assist you with the return process.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details. -
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the shipping status and ensure that someone is available to receive the package. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address.
